I wasn't there, and unfortunately, the Washington Times was my source of information...I couldn't find any info about the speech in the Washington Post, so the Post didn't distort it, because they didn't even report it (even though it took place in Washington, DC).....

If you have a link to the Washington Post's version of Clinton's speech at Georgetown University, I would appreciate it.

Different speech, two years elapsed between them. Of course it would seem the Washington Times distorted Clinton's speech, if you were referred to an entirely different speech. LOL.
