Amazon hasn't intentionally misled anyone, Glenn. They may have said they expected progress that ultimately didn't turn out the way they planned, but I don't doubt their good will of a second.

No you're not Glenn. Co's giving other co's stock or warrants in return for contracts should be prohibited. And we've seen some of the baloney that went on with IPOs. And the .com analysts games, and on and on.
There's lots that should be done. And some of it is glaringly obvious.
