Good stuff BJ, I assume that is his son working there. So before I take the christmas tree down we might hear about the phase III results. I'm interested in the patent divergence from Pennsaid to WF10. It seems a long way out if WF10 really doesn't expire until 2011 (2013?). Wolf

Thanks Blue Jay, I think what he indicated is consistent with my expectations that we will not hear about the results of the phase III until the begining of the new year. Rebecca hinted at this when she said that OXO is dependent on a third party to complete the analysis. That said, you'd think she had an idea that Nov was unlikely. In any event, there will be no acquisition until the phase III trial results are announced. John

Bluejay, Me too, thanks. Its consistent with what Mark mentioned at Message 16485601 Studying Daniel's reply, it appears they do not know at this time exactly when. Perhaps several more steps in the process. There must be some options or different paths they can take to get to the end point. This is the publication of Phase III results for early next year. I read the 3rd party compiled data/report is scheduled to be completed by end of this month. (?) Obviously, DMX has a different time table to do an OXO deal by end of 2nd Q. Maybe this 3rd party compiled "item" is all they need to complete their DD for the acquisition. The M&A of course could contain many conditions, milestones and hopefully escape clauses. I believe, to be published, some respected organization has to review, verify, accept and publish. Any one know the process and how long this may take? Note also "but I believe we will be able to issue a statement at the beginning of the next year." Perhaps a NR will precede any publication of results. I stand correction to anyone with detailed knowledge on this matter. Thanks again. Remember, REK did say a little knowledge is dangerous. So becarefull out there.
