UniPrime Capital Acceptance Corp. (UPRC) announced on November 6, 2001 (News Link) that it had entered into a Letter of Intent to merge with Secure2wireless Inc., a private company based in Israel.
The management team and board of directors of Secure2wireless will replace UPRC's current management team upon completion of a definitive agreement between the two companies, which is expected to occur by the end of November.
