(a) Peace dividend
(b) Abundance of natural resources
(c) FDI
(d) Relative political stability (Putin will keep matters in stability)
(e) Availability of workable blue print
(f) Immigration

Would I invest in Russian shares? Well, I have so few Chinese shares and so I see no particular need to bet massively on Russia either. Maybe a bit, by and by.
