rruff - perhaps they should be filing suit against YOU! While wiser minds warned people reading this board that Metricom was doomed (that was proven correct), you pumped this piece of crap all the way down. Why should you not be listed as a co-defendent in the lawsuit? Here is the answer- Because anybody that listened to your incorrect "analysis" did so at their own risk and if they lost all their money because you didn't know what you were talking about, it is their fault not yours. Am I wrong, is it really your fault and your liability?

First, we have Attorney, which clearly is not a value add in most cases. Then we have you saying to subtract "investor" from that. Somewhat redundant, doncha think? SI has dozens of "Attorney" types who are all sheety investors. Are you admitting that you are the antithesis of an investor? Note: you are now back on Ignorant.
