Belgian paratroopers Jochen, i spent a month in early 70 making halo jumps at the belgian parachute school in schaffen. made the requisite 5 ballon jumps too. spring of 1970. the world parachute championships were held there. they were tough guys too. one of their instructors wore an American Silver Star awarded in korea. as for GSG9...i looked through a photo album yesterday and found a photo of all of us taken at the vorderbrand lodge in Bertchesgaden. great memories for an old fart. uw
