Thanks for the suggestion, I will look carefully at it. Marvelous the number of choices options give you. I probably won't try it at this point, but may on the far side of the chip cycle. The shares are pre IPO with a cost basis of 1.50. I don't want to pay the taxes and with the turn in the chip cycle, next year hopefully, the stock will approach old highs. The IPO was before the change in tax laws about investing in small companies, so would be taxed at normal capital gains. I have ridden through a few of these cycles and am looking to diminish the effect of the down side. I think I am on the right thread.(g)
