My guess.

I would say repeating facts or a view over and over again. More then twice in 168 hrs (a week). This could be construed with respect to subjects like Clinton et al. Argument rather then informative discussion.

I'd say, operate within your interpretations just described and you will be just fine, but strangely, you have never agreed that those are your interpretations.

You may manage to ferret out a loophole here and there just for fun, but it's a simple matter to deal with that as necessary. And besides, this tedious thread is just one dish from the SI cafeteria anyway.
