AMD stated 0.13-micron sampling in Q4 2001, volume shipments in Q1 2002. The UMC process is 1.2 volts which, if I recall correctly, is the same voltage as the mobile Durons and Athlon MP. UMC mobile Appaloosa and even Athlon MP processors could be drop in replacements for existing Morgan and Palomino processors.
