Thanks for posting the comments from Buffett.

Thought it was interesting that policy growth for Geico is now flat, and that they haven't found a "formula for growth" in this market. Very interesting to me because they were growing policies at a rate of over 20% annually just a year or two ago and raises questions of the ultimate scale of the direct channel of distribution. Advertising seems to have been pretty steady over the past couple of years at Geico - I've seen their ads pretty regularly on TV.

I wonder how the leveling of policy growth is explained in terms of new business, as well as retention level or renewal business.
