You may discuss these matters if you have a reasonable expectation that they would be appropriate for publishing in FA. I will guide you when we are wandering in my opinion. This should not be a big deal and if it is, perhaps this is the wrong thread. The fact a director was not in place has consequences - discuss these. But perhaps the reason for it is in dispute and highly political -- do not discuss these because by definition (mine) no one here is interested. --fl
