I dont disagree with your thought, and totally agree that the Arab nations owe Israeli's for damages for their many unprovoked wars, financial and psychological damages and costs relating to the scud missile attacks in 1991, the costs attributed to the war of attrition from lebanon, Arafats current war of attrition; as well as all their stolen property when they were expelled from Arab countries following 1948. However, with the entire Arab nation, seemingly speaking in one voice declaring the Islamic Jihad, Hamas and Hezbollah as freedom fighters fighting a war of liberation instead of the murdering, women hating slimebags that they are; I wouldn't count on one dinar being sent to any Jew with a claim. I rather expect the entire region to flare up, and for Israel to finish the job they didnt let Sharon finish in 1983
