* 14:14 ET Gartner SoundView IT Survey : According to the 2001 Gartner SoundView IT Spending Survey, IT spending seems to have stabilized, with budgets expected to grow 1.5% next year. Spending priorities will shift to Infrastructure, Applications, and Security; the following companies are expected to have the best momentum: BRCD, NTAP, IBM, EMC, VRTS, VRSN, CHKP... ISSX had very strong showing in the security space relative to CHKP and VRSN... RATL also showed similar strength relative to larger players.
