It should help put a short term top on GE in $40 area. Bad press on engines is never good. A lot of GE profits is tied in with engine sales.

Also consider the trial attorneys. 260+ people and insurance has a cap of $2B per incident. Puts a limit of around $7.5M per passenger and excludes damage to people on ground and buildings. Means the attorneys go after AA and GE.
