True. But, the terrorists probably have also been vaccinated. They are a stupid bunch, but they are not stupid enough to go without vaccinations.

Circumstances still point to the terrorists. They were looking for crop dusting planes. They obviously had something that they wanted to spray down upon our heads. What do you think that they were going to spray?
