President Bush has said many times that, either a nation is with us, or with the terrorists.

If we have to go to war against Iraq and/or other Arab nations, the spoils of war should go to the victors. That means that the US and our allies should occupy and possess all oil holdings of Arab nations that we fight.

I can see a coalition of the US, Russia, Pakistan, India, NATO, England, Jordan, Canada, Turkey and Israel splitting up Iraq and Saudi oil reserves. Did I leave anyone out?
