I'm 99.9% sure that it is DDR not RDRAM in the graphics card. Unless NVIDIA just made a change and didn't tell anyone about it there is no RDRAM in their video cards.

I think it's sdram
GF2pro and above comes with ddr and I have not seen any with rambus yet
