Futures don't seem to be up too much on the news:

cme.com

However, I don't think too much of 10:45PM futures prices. The morning ones are what count. 1864 COMPX is within range, and that would be about a .786 re-trace of the drop to 1762.

I'm more concerned with what happens after we top and most likely drop to 1754.

It appears if there is a bounce at that level, it should be contained by either 1793 or 1802. If we double top at 1848, a drop to 1754 and a rise to 1802 would be a 50% re-trace. It seems too logical to actually happen.

Interesting that we took a run at Thursday's Naz composite and NDX high, but fell short. New highs still less than 40. It cost me a little to cover this a.m., but again playing this as a gap and crap or gap and run by noteing high and low at 7:00 a.m. mark - waiting to see which way it will break.
