<<Any class action lawsuit is ill-advised >>

Why do you say that? Are you aware that the MCOM management and BoD never divulged the terms of the contract with WCOM that prevented MCOM from signing on other large resellers, and which the WCOM lawyers wrote (and foolish MCOM mgt signed on to) so that *in theory*, WCOM's entire $300M investment was never at risk, since they would be allowed to claim damages for cancellation of the contract with MCOM that exceeded their investment?

Inept management at both WCOM and MCOM, no argument from this quarter.

But an ill-advised CA lawsuit that will obviously fail?

Don't be so sure. Some deep pockets were directing actions here, and VV/Savoy/MCOM lied to the shareholders for the last year, down to the very end. Multiple counts of lying, nondisclosure, and misrepresentation to shareholders. If the case clears a motion to dismiss, a jury will reach deep into someone's pockets on this.

The lead firm on the CA is well-equipped and informed. The so-called 'wierdly passionate' stakeholders will do everything in their power to see to that.

Not expecting to recoup any losses personally, just want to see certain individuals' actions exposed to the light of day, and monies taken away from them. Same as with ENE. Such criminal activities should result in jail time as well as monetary damages.

All interested parties with information, or who simply wish to file, should contact L+S.
