There can be no assurance that we will be able to have an independent laboratory verify PurTest Anthrax Test's effectiveness on the schedule we have outlined or ever. Even though the instructions for PurTest Anthrax Test will include appropriate disclaimers regarding the effectiveness of the test, we could be sued based on claims that the test failed in a particular instance. If we were to lose any such case, we might not have sufficient resources to pay the judgment and we could be forced into bankruptcy.
