newsmax.com sorry, I omitted it from the post, but I've added it just in time. I had heard this analysis on fox last night. I also heard that in the whatever eval that the vote count based upon the unanimous vote of the three independent dudes doing the counting had President Bush winning by 237 or some votes. The only way for any gore win was if some subset of the counters allowed some questionable votes. But the gore legal approach would not have given gore a win in any circumstance. tom watson tosiwmee
