Dishonorable lie = when a Democrat is involved in the act.
Honorable lie = when a right-wing GOPer is involved in the act.

Yep. Makes perfect sense to me.

Yes, the GOPer can tell an honorable lie because he believes honor is a concept and a worthy one.

OTOH the Democrat cannot because honor is anathema or old fashioned, and lying is relative (and a close one at that;).
