We did that. The test of the April lows was in Sept. Don't know where we go from here, but I don't think it's necessary to see another test. The fundamentals of companies will be improving. The only question is supply/demand for stocks and valuation. That will determine whether we enter a range/base above the lows or see a climb. TA
