Just been watching "Newsnight" on BBC2

Some really astounding news. Lots of questions asked over satalite etc. General theme (sorry I was not taking notes)

-Northern Alliance atrocities question. BBC reporter view "well in the past there was several foreign fractions stirring up violence that Afghan fractions responded too. Today the picture is different. The N/A know the power of the USA armed forces, and are happy to comply with the humanitarian directives not surprising imho after all that they have gone through.

-Southern contacts. Taliban dismantling...Civilan population and local authorities assuming control..looking forward to democratic government.

Look to your TV reports. USA foreign diplomacy looks to be winning from the rooftop of the world (my view and words-g-)

"lets roll" -g-

pearly.
