Cyberfast Announces Acquisition Details

LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 2001--Cyberfast Systems Inc. (OTCBB:CYSI - news) and ID Four Ltd.
(OTCBB:IDFR - news) today announced the details of the recent acquisition of TLCO Software.

Cyberfast Systems Inc. today announced the details of the recent acquisition of ID Four's TLCO Software division.

Cyberfast Systems Inc. agreed to exchange 80 percent of the company and controlling interest to ID Four Ltd. for the
purchase of TLCO Software.

The acquisition of TLCO includes IDC Technology licenses, contracts, strategic business partner relationships, Discovery CD
distribution programs and access to the 1.3 million plus database of existing ``IDC'' users.

TLCO also brings to Cyberfast proprietary software code for the company's Web Factory family of products, inventory in
excess of one million dollars plus a host of smaller E-commerce Web sites.

Cyberfast Systems new focus will be on the development and distribution of IDC Technology.

IDC (Intelligent Digital Communication) Technology is an application developed for PC Users as a pre-emptive problem
solving and advance Virus Alert System by use of intelligent pre-determined criteria and one-way messaging, always protecting
the privacy and identity of the end user.

Cyberfast confirmed the resignation of Edward and Itir Stackpole from the Board of Directors effective Nov. 9, 2001.

The company will be further announcing a new board of directors and launching the redesigned Web site:

A spokesperson for ID Four announced today, David Cooper will be replacing Roger Pawson as the president of ID Four
Ltd. later this week.
