We are talking about separate "things".

During a patent infringement suit, the alledged infringer makes two arguments. The first argument is, "We are not infringing upon Patent X". The second argument is, "While we are not infringing upon the patent, patent X is not valid" Remember, Infineon never attempted to invalidate those patents.

It may be for good. The decision could help
to differentiate "quality IP" against "imitation IP".


Ali, for once, we might agree. But, then, I assume, its up to the court to decide who has quality and who has quantity?
