<WEB SITE PROBLEMS: At about 3:00 PM PT today (11/13) the T-3 line to StockCharts.com went down, so StockCharts.com and DecisionPoint.com web sites, which are co-located, cannot be accessed. This is a telephone company problem, and we just have to wait for them to fix it. My sense of it is that it should be relatively simple to solve the problem -- StockCharts.com is in the same building with the phone company, and the length of the T-3 line between the two offices is measured in feet, not miles. Of course, if some equipment got fried, it may take longer. I apologize for the problem, but it is out of our control.> --Carl Swenlin
