That's if and only if they actually get the hammer out, and if and only if it's more scalable than the N'wood, and if and only if their SOI process buys them a lot more than it's likely to...

Too many "if's" in there which require absolutely flawless execution by AMD with a hefty dose of luck...

The New AMD roadmap now has that at a quantispeed of 5700 by 2003.

AMD is experiencing QuantiInflation.
