after this big run up, i find the great majority who are still trying to find a top of the bear market rally, or those who rode it up and have sold and are now trying to short.

That is the sense I am getting too. This should prevent any serious pullback here. IBM analyst meeting tomorrow should be very positive and I think even retail sales out in the morning will be better than expected.

Many said it was Afgan news that pushed the market higher..I say it is much much more than that!

The semiconductor sector, the driver of the Nasdaq, is on fire. There have been positive news yesterday from MSFT..extremely bullish for the PC industry and this is the drives semiconductor demand.

Second, memory prices have spiked up significantly in the last week or so...further evidence that the spot demand is very high.

Third, I read this story below that there is a Pentium4 shortage at Dell...much more demand than expected is my hunch. I have actually seen bullish stories but will just post these two.

These are the links to the Intel and MSFT stories..extremely bullish.
