WOW,

That is about as bleek as they come. I feel for anyone who got stuck with IWWH shares. Looks like they are going to promote themselves as a clean shell. I am glad that BANY has finished all dealings with them. You never know, they may very well be attractive to some going concern that wants to go public with out the fuss. Good luck to all involved with them.
