I remember the big splash Ovshinsky's company made in the 70's and its stock going to 60 something in no time...You don't want me to ask what your opinion would be if AMD was sidling up to them instead, would you? Let me put it this way: Isotropically pure silicon & SOI technology do have more attraction than "ovonics"!
