I believe that elements of El Queda will, indeed, "take to the caves" as the Vietnam-forged left wing media is so fond of saying. But here the traditional danger of "fighting the last war" is combined with their own absurd revisionism of Vietnam-fermented over decades-to make them utterly incapable of forecasting the military results. Just as the Afghanistani cities were abandoned at a rate that surprised even the Pentagon, the media's hoped-for "war of the caves" will prove a fizzle too, as modern methods of finding and burning out all POSSIBLE enemy forces scrubs the rough terrain areas completely and rapidly. No one will mourn the enemy casualties, which will only be "probables" and never be counted. They will be like the left wing media's other mythical characters: the Floridians who "we all know" WANTED to vote for Gore, even as they were marking their ballots for someone else, or destroying them...
