08:29 ET Overture (OVER) 26.90: Stock trading up sharply to 28.75 in pre-market after company announces a deal with Yahoo (YHOO) last night in which OVER will distribute its search listings product on Yahoo search results page through at least April 2002. Positive comments from CSFB and Salomon Smith Barney this morning on the deal, though it should be noted that Yahoo specifically states that it might offer its own Sponsor Matches program after the OVER deal expires in April, or it might extend the OVER agreement. ...
