Hopefully, we'll have a pattern by the end of next week... Powell is scheduled to deliver a key address outlining the US's Middle East agenda on Monday 18th. As expected, the Mossad will retaliate in the following days.

Powell Mideast speech set for Monday

WASHINGTON (November 14) - The State Department announced yesterday that Secretary of State Colin Powell will deliver a foreign policy speech on Monday in Louisville, Kentucky, and sources here said Powell could use the forum to present the US vision of a permanent peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

A State Department spokesman declined to reveal any details of Powell's planned remarks, which will be delivered at the University of Louisville.

Powell promised over the weekend to build on President George W. Bush's declaration of support for a future Palestinian state, but he was not specific about what steps he planned to take. A speech outlining the vision has been in the works for weeks.

The focus in Washington yesterday abruptly shifted from possible new Middle East peace overtures to the war in Afghanistan and the fall of Kabul to the US-backed Northern Alliance.
