I saw it. The guy said that he had never heard of a "pregnant chad", and that the way things were designed, he couldn't feature making an indentation without tearing some of it off.......

There are also a class of votes, i.e., overvotes where the voter checks off the candidates name correctly and also writes in the name of that candidate. Is it equally difficult to divine the intent of the voter?
