If it weren't for aggressive size reductions in the gate lengths of AMD's transistors, AMD's Athlon would be stuck at 1.2GHz @ .18u with copper.

Charles if it wasn't for progress we'd all still be stuck in the stone age. Intel has a .13u copper process now.
