I personally have no doubt in my mind that Dundee is part of the game. I've cut the trading numbers every which way and the evidence is there, IMO, to convict. However, I do also think that there is some other trading (both buy and sell) that goes on through them. I think its a combo of the two. joe

Hi Cal, You've likely noticed the 43k offer at $3.85. I have no proof, but I would not be surprised if it's Acqua through one of its aliases. My guess is that they are having trouble churning the volume necessary to parse out the shares they need to. There are some decent bids for them to hit, but they seem to be about 20-30 cents lower. Because 84 keeps upticking the chart, they are likely having trouble doing the daily volume they need to keep on schedule. By putting a chunk up there for sale, they make it difficult and perhaps futile for 84 to keep upticking it - in other words for every 200 shares 84 uses to create an uptick, there will be a panicked retail investor ticking it down again. Just a theory, but it would not surprise me.
