Actually, I did tell the lawyer how he could contact the real "Shawn" but, as with most of these suits, the intent is not to prosecute people but to shut them up. The ironic thing is that anyone who fought the suit was challenged while anyone who just ignored it was ignored. As Shawn was in the latter category, despite the fact he was the reason the suit was brought in the first place, no action was taken to serve him. Strange but true. - Jeff
