Carranza, a pretty optimistic list of delays compared to Dr IJ's 2005:
"Dr. Jacobs said that 3G services were unlikely to be roll out until late 2004 or early 2005, in contrast to most European operators, who have previously suggested 3G will be ready from 2002 onwards."

-not be ready before 2003
-By autumn 2002
-at least until September 2002
and then the Nokia statement
and I bet we could dig up many more

so the consensus is late 2002?

and of course this year in Japan

So where is the big delay?

I've said it before: Nokia is QCOM's best friend (or at least customer)...

Now, if QCOM could just stop buying risky phone companies around the world

When the doctor took his little stroll in Cannes, what was the size and activity of his hard disk??

Anyway, happy to hear BREW will be protected by Java, who would ever trust anything
secretly compiled and verified by some genius doctor, strolling in Cannes, written in
C/C+-??
