KLAC? What happened to this little bit from two weeks ago? Maybe all this is some option expiration need the stock down noise?:

KLA-Tencor reaffirms 2nd-quarter earnings guidance
NEW YORK, Nov 1 (Reuters) - The chief financial officer of KLA-Tencor Corp. (NasdaqNM:KLAC - news) on Thursday reaffirmed the semiconductor equipment maker's second fiscal quarter earnings and revenue expectations announced earlier this month.

John Kispert, the CFO, speaking to investors at a Prudential technology conference, also said he still expects orders to be flat in the quarter ending in December compared with the September quarter.

``We feel pretty good about a flat quarter-on-quarter,'' Kispert said.

He reaffirmed October 18 guidance for a profit of between 23 cents a share and 25 cents a share on revenues of $360 million to $390 million.
