I used to watch when it was on Comedy Central, and periodically tune in on ABC, but yes, it is mostly an idiot fest, and I rarely watch. The original conception was somewhat interesting, and Maher used to be more humble and cautious about putting his foot in his mouth.....

attorney-client privilege is not a Constitutional right Can you cite any case decision in support of that proposition?

I made the same mistake. I thought Alec Baldwin was going to pop Pipes after his answer on the attorney-client privilege question. His arms were waving and his veins were protruding. They need to put that guy in a cage somewhere.

Maher went on his usual anti-capitalist oil rant, while offering no alternative solution that addresses the country's energy needs.

So Wolfe would consider every Presidential election ever held was a failure since no woman has ever been elected. Or majority in Congress. What a failure this country is.

Wolfe ended the program by saying that Afghan women were the majority and should rule and thus Bush would be a failure if the women didn't take over.
