I suppose it would depend upon its features, and the situations in which it used, but you are right, I have not seen a strong case pro yet.......

Well, we have to start somewhere, to get this out of control situation in check.

If the card is tamper-proof, (not like the SS cards)
then we can identify illegal residents, abusing and mooching
off our system.

I am tired of supporting through higher taxes all these abusers.

Please lets do something besides just twiddling our thumbs for ever...
