Amen, it's about time... I was outraged when I first learned of their crooked intentions... but the Red Cross has already demonstrated they tried to pull something grossly deceptive and their current 'course correction' is only due to outside pressures and not from within their own organization... very sadly, they have to be watched... good riddance to Healy, I don't know what she was ever thinking but to store a stash for her other pet interests at the expense of the WTC victim families... shame on them and shame on her.....
