Ron,

Absolutely it is a demand issue. But currently OPEC is not willing go give up anymore market share to countries like Russia for instance, so they'll just let oil prices fall. It could also be that our current administration helped "persuade" them to let the prices fall, to help our economy. If and when OPEC cuts production, then I'll nibble again, but not until then.

A wise man once said in trading oil stocks, "it's the price of oil, stupid!" So if oil prices are trending down, so are oil related stocks.
