not going so far, if we end -40 for the week, that would be an incredible call by the turnips from where we are now with only two days left. Maybe they'll sell the AMAT earnings after the bell/tomorrow.

Zeev:

I know you don't factor in specific news events. Still, the AMAT earnings report after the bell comes at an interesting time within your scenario. I was thinking if the report and guidance are interpreted as negative, that could lead a quick charge down to 1793. Otherwise, options expiry may just keep us in a tight range for the rest of the week, assuming "they've" already got us where "they" want us. <g>
