Paul,

re: I stopped into Fry's Electronics last evening - the BIG Computer/Electronics SUper Store - here in Silicon Valley.

I'm familiar with Fry's, in a former life I used to sell them a non-tech product. They are a very good retailer, they have excellent buyers.

I can't figure out where AMD is selling their processors. Over the six months they've lost a lot of retail shelf space. And Intel said growth was highest in the white box and distribution channel, that had to be at least partly at the expense of AMD. I wonder if Mr. Sanders was completely honest with his just about flat unit sales claims. It seems to me that he would know how many units he sold, either they were down, exactly the same, or they were up. Just about flat is certainly open to interpretation; is 5% down just about flat?
