Pentagon plans
for big increases . . .
The services are told to build increases of about $15 billion annually into their plans for the next two years' budgets. Such boosts, inconceivable before Sept. 11, would drive overall military spending to $360 billion by 2004. On the Pentagon wish list: intelligence-gathering sensors.

Wall Street Journal, front page, Friday, Nov. 16, 2001

A stock that could be a good play in the intelligence gathering field is EDIS, which has hyperspectral imaging sensors the military is looking at.
