I agree and think Bush should assign 2 new positions.
1. Make Pat Buchannon the safety czar for all boarder and ports coming into the U.S.

2. Replace the head of the CIA, a Clinton appointee, with Rudy Gulianni. And give both new appointee's free reign to solve the problems with the border and CIA.
