Rich, by higher lows, does he mean higher than the recent pivot low of 1646 or the intra day lows during moves up?

My interpretation of a Macro low is a low that is a pivot low, reversing a move down for the time being. Is that what he's talking about? If he's talking about something big like that, is it sub 1700 territory, or just 1754.

The short week next week may goof things up a bit. We only have 3-1/2 trading days, if memory serves.
